I'm Lee Ann Wurster-Naefe – coach, OD consultant, facilitator, practitioner, and leader with 30 years of leadership experience, including my own.
Before I was a coach, I was in the leadership seat making decisions, managing people, and charting the course for teams and organizations. I launched 5Ten in 2003, and have worked with hundreds of leaders through leadership and team coaching, organizational consulting, and training and development in federal, private and non-profit sectors.

Individual Leadership Coaching
I work with leaders navigating transitions, high-stakes dynamics, and the question of who they’re becoming. We start with who you are as a person, how you got here, and where you want to go and build from there with real goals and real accountability.
I use 360 assessments, DISC, somatic practices, and ISPACE as lenses for the work. Before our first session, I send a few reflective questions so you arrive ready.
Team Coaching & Facilitation
I surface the dynamics of relationships, the current challenges and opportunities, and the collective strengths to improve performance, effectiveness, and results. I help teams build habits that make collaboration sustainable to deliver results.
Organizational Development Consulting
I run strategic diagnosis, culture change, and large-scale leadership development for complex organizations. Twenty-plus years working with leaders across NIH’s 22 Institutes and Centers taught me how high-stakes institutions actually function, where good ideas get stuck in structure, and what it takes to shift culture from the inside.
