Leadership Coaching That Moves You Forward
Coaching for leaders ready to work on their strategy, and their state of being.
High-impact coaching for accomplished leaders navigating transformation. Guided by a coach who has lived it in the executive seat, taught it in the classroom, and trained the coaches who do it today.
Why work with a coach?
Are you in a new role and finding your sea legs?
Is your work asking you to lead under pressure with more personal skill and resilience than ever before?
Have you received feedback about your leadership presence, but you’re not quite sure what it means or how to act on it?
Do you need to sharpen specific skills like coaching your team, strategic thinking or influencing others?
Are you crafting a new vision for yourself, your team or your organization?
Leaders come to coaching for all kinds of reasons. Some arrive excited about development built entirely around them. Others arrive a little skeptical, not quite sure what they’ve signed up for. Both are welcome here, and both tend to be surprised by how much they already know once they have room to use their voice and reflect upon their experiences.
What is Coaching About?
Think of coaching as a leadership class with one student: you. The focus is entirely on the changes you want and need to make. You set the goals and drive the agenda; I provide the structure that keeps the work moving.
Along the way, I serve as a thinking partner, provocateur, feedback giver, confidante and strategist. Together, we uncover new ways of seeing yourself, your patterns and the situations you face—unlocking possibilities for greater leadership effectiveness and personal fulfillment.
How Coaching Works
No two coaching engagements are the same. But the process is. We start with the story of you and identify your entry points for coaching. We map a coaching plan with goals, outcomes and a timeline that serves as our compass. It’s built to hold and bend as your work unfolds.
The coaching includes regular meetings and application in-between. This could be a tool or strategy to try. It might be a practice to generate greater self-awareness, to manage a habit that is getting in your way or to develop stronger relationship management skills.
Coaching offers a confidential space to reflect, gain perspective and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. These coaching packages are designed to support leaders through transitions, growth seasons and moments that call for focused discernment. If you don’t see something here that fits, I’ll design a coaching plan that will.

The 5Ten Approach
When talking with a prospective coach, it can be hard to know where to begin.
You may have a list of questions—or not. Either way, we’ll start with a relaxed conversation about you as a leader and what brings you to coaching. We’ll explore your challenges, opportunities, and what brings out your best. I’ll share my coaching style and how I’d work with you. By the end, we’ll both have a sense of whether we’re a good fit, and you’ll have answers to your questions.
Her work had a profound impact on me and drove home the critical notion that leadership is as much a state of being as it is about the conscious leadership moves one makes as a leader.”
